About Seaside Pro Wash
I’m Ryan Ufret, and I started Seaside Pro Wash with a simple realization: a desk wasn’t the right fit. I earned my Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Southern University in 2019, but after a stint in a 9-to-5 office, I knew my real passion was hands-on work, being outside, and building genuine relationships with the people I served.
So I went all in. I dove into learning the craft of soft washing and pressure washing, and with the encouragement of my wife and family, I turned that vision into a business right here in the Lowcountry. Today, Seaside Pro Wash brings professional exterior cleaning to homeowners and businesses across Greater Charleston, built on the belief that good work and clear communication go hand in hand.

Gentle soft-wash cleaning for vinyl and hardie board siding, using safe low-pressure methods that get your home looking fresh without damaging the surface. Starting at $300.
Window
Cleaning
Interior and exterior windows cleaned with a water-fed pole and purified water; delicate older glass downtown is hand-cleaned. Screens included, water only, no chemicals. $10 per standard window.
Exterior Cleaning
for HOAs
Exterior cleaning for HOA communities and common areas, coordinated with your association and scheduled to keep disruption to a minimum.
