Do you offer recurring or maintenance plans?
We offer recurring commercial contracts at a discount, and we’re happy to recommend a maintenance cadence for each service so your property stays in good shape over time.
How soon can you come, and what's your response time?
Phone is the fastest way to reach us, Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 8 PM. We respond as soon as we can and offer after-hours and emergency availability when you need it. For Christmas lighting fixes, we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Do you bring your own water?
We bring our own water to the job when it’s needed. If we’ll be using your supply instead, we’ll let you know ahead of time.
What about the weather and rescheduling?
Bad weather like storms will pause outdoor work for safety and quality. When that happens, we reschedule as needed and keep you posted on the new timing.
